The Arc Hotel - Fort Smith

I had a great stay! The hotel was super clean and had a nice vibe, plus the heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day on the road. The staff were awesome-shoutout to Ryan at the front desk for being so helpful. Breakfast was decent too; I loved the variety they offered. The location felt safe, and there were some great local restaurants nearby.

There were a few downsides. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement—no bacon options and the usual fake eggs were kind of a letdown. I also had some plumbing issues in my room that took way too long to address, which was frustrating. Management could be more responsive. it was a fun visit, but some areas need attention.

I had a great city break at this hotel! Super close to downtown, which made exploring so easy. The staff was amazing, especially the front desk lady who checked me in-she was super friendly and got me settled quickly after a long drive. The rooms were clean and surprisingly well refurbished.

There were a few drawbacks. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming with watery eggs, and I felt the bed could've been more comfortable. I had some minor plumbing issues in the shower. It was a good stay overall, but a few improvements would make it even better!

The overall condition of the hotel was disheartening. The gym equipment was mostly out of order, disappointing for my fitness routine. The hot tub was unavailable for use, and I noticed it. To top it off, the cleanliness could greatly improve, as I found the common areas lacking in maintenance.
